Holy morning of friday,8 May 2009 on far away of south east Asia.That a one country called Malaysia is carry out devotion of democracy was start disclose the own Mask.This Country was ruling by the party of National front.This Party is mixture front who’ lead by UMNO (United Malays National Organisation) and following with back front component party like MCA (Malaysian Chinese Association),MIC (Malaysian Indian Congress),PPP(People Progressive Party),GERAKAN(People Movement Party) and Lot of People ethnic party which come from east malaysia.In 52 years National Front lead by UMNO was rule this country and never lost in general election.But when they are start rule with the people racist,dictator,arrogance and repress subordinate folk,Malaysian people was begin to divert the poll to Opposition Alliance, Called People Alliance. Party of People Alliance suddenly stand up from three component party from PKR (People Justice Party), PAS (Islamist Party) and DAP (Democratic Action Party).
On 8 March past when malaysian especially who living in the main city was disgust with ruler arrogance attitude.People was act to vote People Alliance that during this become opposition no matter inside State Legislative Assembly or Parliament Assembly,but after Malaysian People decide to divert poll to People Alliance,National Front lost two-third majority of Parliament seat and 5 state to People Alliance.Every 5 state was Promote State Chief Minister from their own representative.
That once of 5 state under rule by People Alliance namely Selangor,Perak,Kedah,Pulau Pinang and Kelantan just Perak state have a thin succeedin General Election is where People Alliance just win 31 from 59 seat of state legislative assemblies seats.This discomfiture has make National Front Shameful,because in 52 years rule this country they are never – ever lost more than 2-3rd majority and lost more than 2 state to opposition party even though they are still rule Country with overbalance majority 68 parliament seat .This Situation was put them (National Front) in pressed condition,to recover back slump sustaining from Party member,National Front General Chairman,Najib Razak decide to play “dirt tactic” ,he was order they own agent to kidnapped 3 state councillor of Perak from People Alliance Party for blackmail,corrupt in order that they will hop to National Front .With prospect Najib can seize back that state from People Alliance .
In the end after to blackmail and corrupted with 50 million ringgit from Najib Razak,three state councillor from People Alliance was decide to hop become independent state councillor and profess supporting to National Front with perforce.Shall whatever the action has take it by National Front there is never - ever a blessing from State Folk.Local people was act to protest this promotion with demonstrate in front of State Palace to obstruct that gathering.Meanwhile speaker of State Legislative Council was act to hang new chief minister and 6 executive councillor to attend that State Legislative Council with the reason,National Front was Pass over of Legislative Council,State Constitution and Federal Constitution.This Because if National Front want grab the state authority from People Alliance even though they was succeed to "purchace" state councillor from them,They should have to wait untill next Legislative Assembly,to propose no - confidence poll to firing old State Chief Minister and Promote for that new.
According to that situation Speaker has call all member of state legislative councillor including from National Front to gather but new chief minister was questioned the action has taken by State Legislative Speaker to High Court even though those act was encroach upon the Federal Constitution,but with autocratic power was hold by National Front be Federal Authority goverment everything is become legitimate.
Meanwhile,with autocratic power they use to oder the all enforcement especially anti - gumbler police from Federal Reserve Unit and Special Branch Unit to obstruct the assembly of State Legislative , but assembly still proceed even though is running under the tree near of Building State Legislative Assembly without reprensentative state councillor from National Front.Inside meeting below of the tree State Legislative assembly was approve three proposal ;
1.Old Chief Minister is Confirmed be a state chief minister the edge of the Constitution
2.State Legislative Council is break - up and pass the right to elect the state goverment back to the people.
3.Meeting delay untill to unconfirmed date.
But National Front still stubborn to accept that assembly and waiting decision from high court,they are not realize with this action was broke the Authorities Isolation Doctrin and encroach upon article 72(1) which written down inside Federal Constitution of Malaysia. then the black tragedy of democracy outrage has begin and People Alliance still standing to Defence.
